Shipping Time And Confirmation:

You should receive an order confirmation in your email shortly after placing your order. Following that, we inform our warehouse staff about your order, and they start shipping your products at the earliest possible.

Orders placed before 8 AM EST on Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day. After 8 AM EST, all orders will ship next morning.

Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday mornings.

We will try to make it clear on this website if a delay would generally impact our capacity to ship. If a customer supplies a valid email address with their order, the tracking information will be given to them via our order system. We ship through USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post Service, and items can be tracked on their website.

We ship domestic items through Canada Post, and delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days. This website is unable to handle requests for overnight delivery or the use of a courier service. We constantly search for and select the least expensive option to cut shipping costs.

Any delays or failures to perform that come from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) are beyond our responsibility.

Shipping Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled without a fee before shipping. If you want to cancel an order, please email us at info@canadanutra.com

Lost Packages:

Canada Nutra will make every effort to resolve any concerns; however, we cannot be held liable for any lost packages. If you have any inquiries, email us at info@csnpharma.com.
